The Busy Boy Mama

The adventures of learning to be a loving wife and mom; while working and raising two amazing, very busy boys.

Not Letting Time Fly By

This post has been sponsored by Jord Watches. All opinions are 100% my own. My full disclosure can be found here.
“Time flies when you’re having fun” is a quote I always heard growing up. Now as a parent, I try to live in the moment and not worry about being late, but the truth is I am someone who is always on time. That’s why I’m so thankful I have my Jord watch keeping me on track and on time.

Our family is ALWAYS busy with doctors appointments, work, school schedules, potty training, piano lessons, and everything in between. Having a reliable watch helps me relax to have fun, and know when we need to hustle and go! I’ve been adding extra time in our day to be able to play with my kids, and less time worrying about how long it will take for us to get from school, to home, to work, to school and to home again.

Jord Watches

My husband has always had an obsession with watches and now I know why. I had a tough time picking out a woman’s watch because there were so many choices. I finally decided on my Cassia Olive and Aegean Blue, because it looked classy and still petite enough for my small wrist. The sapphire crystal face is amazing and beautifully reflective! It’s pretty lightweight for a wooden watch, and very durable (it can withstand a teething angry baby). I love how Jord can even size it for you before they ship it out, and have a handy wrist sizer available to print online. Jord watches makes a variety of unique men’s watches that my husband has already been asking for me to gift him for Christmas. Now I don’t have to waste my time racking my brain for ideas on what to get him, or aimlessly wandering around stores for ideas.
